What if an activity will not load? 

The first thing to try would be reloading the page, or logging out and back in. If you are playing on a tablet try restarting the mobile app. If this doesn't resolve the issue, check below. 

If the student is getting a blank screen when they log in, please see the instructions HERE.

If you get stuck on a loading screen, please contact us, and let us know the Grade, Section, Day, and Activity that is not loading.
